Aurélie Millier

Senior Director HEOR & Market Access

I have a statistical background, and PhD in health economics.

After an experience as a biostatistician in a CRO, in 2008, I joined Creativ-Ceutical, another Market Access consulting company. Over 14 years, I progressed from baby analyst to Vice-President of the HEOR group, leading several strategic departments such as the Evidence Synthesis and the HTA departments.

I developed specific skills in statistics applied to health and economic analysis, developed HEOR plans, designed dozens of health economic models, managed even more HTA dossiers in diverse countries and enjoyed the coordination of strategic launches for global teams.

I discovered my passion about team management, and happily grew a team of more than 50 talented and professional people.

I also teach health economics in different Universities, master and post-graduate level, where I continue to share my knowledge, and best tips.

Privately, I practice jazz roots dancing, to feed my dynamism and express my
improvisational skills, but also Taiji Quan, to work on integration and stability.

I also speak with my dog… tell me if you’re interested !

Biostatistician by background, I hold a PhD in Health economics.

I joined Creativ-Ceutical for my end-of-studies internship and over 12 years, I
progressively climbed the stairs up to Vice-President of the HEOR group.

I was supervising three highly technical departments, including Modelling, Data analytics and Patient-Centered Research departments.

My area of predilection is health economic modelling. I worked 6 years as a Modeller and then led the Modelling team for more than 3 years.

Privately, I do not have major hobbies but an infinity of small ones! With no order of
preference: Knitting, Sewing, Bonsai, Video Edition, Canvas, Video games, crafting fakeaxes or shield, Soap,…

Any new idea is welcome!

Agathe Leray

Co-founder
Head of Business Development

My 14-year career in healthcare consultancies has focused on business strategy development and deployment with an emphasis on Market Access, Health Technology Assessment and Health Economics and Outcomes Research.

I am a Biologist by training, and I began my career in an international CRO as an international Business Developer, supporting clients optimizing their clinical trials and then spent several years with Creativ-Ceutical, a consultancy firm expert in Market Access and HEOR where I started as Business Development Director and then held Business Development and Quality Assurance Vice president role. As member of the executive board, I was responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the business.

I have led and fostered international multidisciplinary teams in both Clinical Research Organizations (CRO) and Consultancy, to support strategic and commercial decisions.

With a keen understanding of client needs, I have proven success in deploying commercially viable solutions to meet the changing demands of the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industry.

Privately, I practice yoga almost every day (thanks to Aurélie), I go for a run as soon as I can, and I love exploring new fields related to nature and music.

We have collectively defined important values that will  accompany the development of Clever-Access

Trust & Integrity

  • Now more than ever, we are expected to do the right things and do them well, from entrusting to safeguard one’s personal data to requiring a strong stance on quality.
  • Integrity is not defined by what you do when no one is looking. Rather, what you do when no one is looking is defined by your integrity.
  • External trust as well as trust internally: “Lose money and I will forgive you. Lose even a shred of reputation and I will be ruthless”

Service & Commitment

  • Obvious for a consulting company, no? But for us, it is a strong belief.
  • “Put purpose before profit, and conviction over compliance.”

Ambition & Efficiency

  • Now more than ever, we are expected to do the right things and do them well, from entrusting to safeguard one’s personal data to requiring a strong stance on quality.
  • Integrity is not defined by what you do when no one is looking. Rather, what you do when no one is looking is defined by your integrity.
  • External trust as well as trust internally: “Lose money and I will forgive you. Lose even a shred of reputation and I will be ruthless”

Respect & Responsibility

  • For us, respect comprises respect both as a person, with the creation of a space where each member of the group is valuable, and respect for professional achievement. Respect increases productivity, collaboration, and satisfaction.
  • And responsibility, defined as ownership and commitment, is the price of respect.

Well-being & Solidarity

  • We, as employers, are concerned with the well-being of the employees.
  • It should not be an isolated initiative, rather an integrated approach that encompasses several dimensions.

Our company has been awarded a silver medal in recognition of sustainability achievement!

We stand among the top 25% of companies assessed by EcoVadis.
