Aleksandra Caban

Pharm D, Co-founder, Head of Pricing, Reimbursement and Market Access

I am a pharmacist and market access professional with a passion for advancing healthcare solutions. My professional journey began in community pharmacy and the regulatory department of a pharmaceutical company, but I quickly realized that my true calling was in market access.

I started my career as an analyst in a Polish consulting firm, preparing HTA submissions, and later joined Creativ-Ceutical as their first Polish employee. Over the years, I took on a leadership role, growing the Polish office to a team of over 70 talented professionals. Over my 8+ years at Creativ-Ceutical, I progressed from associate to principal consultant, gaining extensive experience across a broad spectrum of market access projects. Building on this solid foundation, I co-founded Assignity (now Clever-Access) where I currently lead Market Access team.

My work focuses on market access strategies throughout product life cycles, evidence generation plans, managed entry agreement evaluations, and the development of value communication strategies including payer value propositions and core value dossiers.

I believe in the „less is more” mindset. I enjoy Pilates, slow Weekend mornings, and reconnecting with nature through cycling, hiking, and stand-up paddleboarding.

Emilie Clay

PhD, Co-founder, Head of HEOR

Biostatistician by background, I hold a PhD in Health economics.

I joined Creativ-Ceutical for my end-of-studies internship and over 12 years, I
progressively climbed the stairs up to Vice-President of the HEOR group.

I supervised three highly technical departments, including Modelling, Data analytics and Patient-Centered Research departments.

My area of predilection is health economic modelling. I worked 6 years as a Modeller and then led the Modelling team for more than 3 years.

Privately, I do not have major hobbies but an infinity of small ones! With no order of
preference: Knitting, Sewing, Bonsai, Video Edition, Canvas, Video games, crafting fake axes or shield, soap,…

Any new idea is welcome!
