You will contribute to the work of the Health Technology Assessment (HTA) team by researching methods, processes and past decisions of leading HTA agencies, analysing HTA outcomes, reviewing pharmaceutical company evidence generation plans and developing and proposing new activities to improve HTA submissions. You will be involved in managing and delivering HTA submissions for clients, including drafting core content for dossiers. You will also be involved in formal consultation processes with HTA agencies (e.g. scientific advice) and consulting payer and clinical experts for advice with regards to HTA submissions and new developments in HTA methods and processes.

 

Main responsibilities

  • Reviewing HTA decision documents and identifying key evidence, drivers of HTA decisions and other insights
  • Reviewing client evidence generation plans (e.g. registrational clinical trials and supporting evidence) and identifying critical evidence gaps for HTA submissions
  • Identifying and developing proposals for new evidence generation to address HTA requirements
  • Consulting payer and clinician experts on HTA
  • Preparing HTA dossiers and scientific advice briefing books
  • Developing reports, summaries and project deliverables
  • Preparing presentations for other team members and clients (participating in the meetings)
  • Managing client projects, with the supervision and support of a senior colleague.
  • Supervising the work of junior colleagues with possible line management responsibilities

Candidate’s profile

  • Education: preferably MSc or PhD in health economics, health policy, pharmacy, medicine or life sciences or similar
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in life science consultancy, or similar position in a pharmaceutical company
  • Languages: advanced oral and written English language skills and working proficiency in at least one other European language
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Openness and friendly attitude
  • Strong desktop research and analytic capabilities,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented mind-set,
  • Understanding of pricing and reimbursement processes and the role of HTA agencies in the public healthcare system

We are looking for a Communication Manager/Public Relations Manager with a robust background in pharmaceuticals, including the market access field and/or life sciences, to develop and implement a strategic communication plan that enhances Clever-Access' visibility and brand positioning, particularly in the pharmaceutical and artificial intelligence sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining trends, preparing content, and formulating marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and enhance brand recognition. They will collaborate closely with our leadership and graphic teams to create impactful content.

Main responsibilities

  • Media monitoring: Tracking press coverage, online articles, scientific publications, regional health technology agencies, and social media posts related to the activities of similar companies and new developments in the pharmaceuticals market, market access, and the regulation of health technology assessment.
  • Content Creation: Writing and editing PR materials such as articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletters and other forms of communication aimed at promoting the brand and its values.
  • Strategic Vision and Implementation: Creating action plans to enhance the organization's visibility and positive image across local, industry, and national communities.
  • Digital & Social Media Management: Oversee Clever-Access’ online presence, manage LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, manage CA website updates, and track engagement metrics.
  • Event Promotion: Support the communication strategy for conferences, webinars, industry events and other meetings aimed at promoting the brand and building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Analysis and reporting: Evaluating the effectiveness of PR activities by monitoring performance indicators, analyse communication performance, track KPIs, optimize content strategies accordingly and preparing reports for management.
  • Crisis management: Developing crisis management strategies and responding to adverse events or negative information about the organization to minimize damage to the company's reputation.

Candidate’s profile

  • ≥ 5 years of experience in a communication role, preferably within healthcare, pharma, consulting, or life sciences. (Understanding of market access, HEOR, or healthcare industry trends will be a plus)
  • Preferably Master degree in pharmacy, medicine, public health, biology, biotechnology, the biomedical field or similar field.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to develop and implement effective PR strategies.

  • Preparing primary research (preparatory material, management of appointments with experts and support for summary of interviews conducted by senior staff),
